I am afraid that revtex are sometimes difficult to deal with and I am in deep water here but some suggestions: First of all be certain that you have not used double line spacing or other lines pacing in LyX. Also the endnotes must be made with the footnote command, the manual says :) https://authors.aps.org/revtex4/auguide4-1.pdf if this does not help, I will need a small example LyX file that displays the problem to help. Or maybe someone else on the list has worked more with revtex than me? hth, Ingar
