A very comfortable solution is the tex2pdf script, which uses hyperref, thumbpdf etc. The homepage describes how to use the script with LyX. http://tex2pdf.berlios.de/ Juergen.

Greetings. Is there a tutorial that teaches the newbie user how to use hyperref to create hypertext links in a table of contents in Lyx? I have looked, but I haven't found anything. Thanks. Mike
