[M100] Spring Cleaning

2021-03-27 Thread Kurt McCullum
The time has come for me to let some of my equipment go. I wanted to offer it
up here before I go the eBay route.

I have a TPDD2 in it's original box and plastic packaging. I replaced the drive
belt on this a year or two ago. It still works flawlessly. I also have 35 blank
DSDD disks that I'll throw in. Two of them have data on them as follows.
A spare System disk.
An American Dictionary disk for Sardine.
I've got some used ones too if the buyer wants used floppies.

I'm asking $50 for it plus whatever the shipping ends up being. I'd rather not
send it overseas. Here is a picture of it.

I can send hi-res pictures if there is interest.

The other item I am letting go of is my Tandy 102. It's a mixed bag so here is
the breakdown.
The Good:
System board is clean with no damage.
The NiCad was replaced with a super-cap
Screen is clean.
Currently it has the SARDOS ROM in it with a wrap around adapter for any 27C265
ROM you may want to put in there.

Now for the Bad:
The keyboard has some issues. When I purchased it, I noticed some dead keys.
This was due to a crack in the PCB. I jumpered the traces and it worked fine
for years. Now, a few of the keys are finicky. Sometimes they work, sometimes
they don't. My guess is they are dirty but I'm not certain.

If you have a dead 102 with a good keyboard this would be a good way of making
a good one.
I'm asking $30 plus whatever shipping ends up being.

I am also going through some of my parts. I found a few LCD screens but I have
to check them to make sure they are still good. I'll offer those up if and when
I know they are still good.

Let's not fill up the list with replies. If you are interested, please contact
me directly.
