adding an album into itunes from an sd card

Hi,

The subject pretty much asks the question.  Do I do the import of the album 
totally within itunes or do I need to open a finder window first, and how do I 
get it from the card into itunes?

If you have Dropbox why not upload it to that then download to Voice 
Dream Reader that way?
