Re: [Mac-access]: how to import audio in to a new track in Amadeus Pro

2015-04-02 Thread Phil Halton
In order to “nudge a track in AmadeusPro, use the “shift track” dialog under
the tracks menu. It’s fairly self-explanatory.
Unfortunately, it is not remembered as the “last action” so you can’t use
command T to repeat the nudge. You can, however, set up a key shortcut to the
dialog, and then just press enter after the shortcut which will repeat the last
nudge, either forward or backward, and by the last time value.
I used this feature in my last project to sync up a few tracks and it worked
fine.

Actually there is no tracks menu in amacdus, and no nudge option either. But
then again I'm still using amadeus 1.5.

oOplayer doesn't touch your content that is to say it plays your content
no matter where you put it, so long as you can find it with oOplayer
then you can play it, a bit like say opening Windows Explorer and
selecting files or folders for playing, another tool you might like to
look at is File Browser.

Course! I use it all the time, I never go on a rating though that’s probably
hypercritical of me as I should rate Apps myself I guess.

Another IOS user told me about it so I heard about oOplayer through word of

no matter where you put it, so long as you can find it with oOplayer
then you can play it, a bit like say opening Windows Explorer and

You can do it in several different ways, using FTP from your iPhone to a
computer, using Dropbox as your source and so on.

One of the devices I bought specifically for this sort of thing - so I
wouldn't have to bother with putting any files on my iPhone at all - was
something called a SkyShare, a Wi-Fi pocket hard drive, when I want my
music I just connect wirelessly to the SkyShare though I appreciate that

Unfortunately, it is not remembered as the “last action” so you can’t use
command T to repeat the nudge. You can, however, set up a key shortcut to
the dialog, and then just press enter after the shortcut which will repeat
the last nudge, either forward or backward, and by the last time value.
I used this feature in my last project to sync up a few tracks and it
 worked fine.
