[Mac-access]: Bold and italicized lettering

2014-12-02 Thread Douglas
Hey guys. I know you can script this with the other screen readers on PC, but i
am unsure about how to do it if possible with VO. Is it possible for you to set
VO to alert you of bolded or italicized letters/words amongst a sentence? as my
final exam in an english class may have these, i would like to be able to be
prepared ahead of time.
Thanks a ton!
Doug

Hello Doug,

You need to set Text Attributes to speak. Press VO-v then use right arrow to
find Text Attributes. Use up or down arrow to find what you want, then press
Return.

Cheers,

Anne
