Hi Dane, I don’t have this problem on my iMac here. I do how ever have a problem where when connecting a bt headset, vo is split between the headset and internal speaker. For example, if navigating or hearing notifications,vo comes through the headset, but if you are typing the letters are spoken through the mac speaker followed by the output of vo in the headset when the word is spoken. If you restart vo the problem is fixed until the next time you turn on the headset. I wonder if this is a vo problem or a hardware problem as everything else switches just fine. Thanks. I don't think I've had that problem as of yet, but check to see if maybe apple accessibility might help as well diag the problem.
