Like it said the more that peopel croud source the better it will be. Like on 
my 4g hotspot I use at  home for  my internet It showed I had the best 
connection whil  vz's mifi had a 36 percent quality on there connection. but 
again we'll see how this goes.

Hi!

The application is actually international. Given the article only points out 
U.S. networks, though, and clearly haven't done any international testing, I 
have to wonder if it'll be anywhere near usable despite being in my store.

I'll give it a try though and see what happens.
