If you have downloaded them then all you need to do is press control option 
command and the left or right arrow key until you hear Voice. Keep control 
option command pressed down and use the up and down arrow keys to hear   and 
change the voices on the fly.

That is great Isaac got deleting some more voices.  Still have 15! so I 
guess I will need to weed some of them out yet.

Did you try  going in to voiceover utility with vo f 8.
Then pressing command 3 to go to speech.
