No, but in any case where it is sluggish, try removing all apps from the 
app switcher, then press the sleep/wake button rapidly about five or six 
times to do a quick restart of the device. Next, do a reset all settings 
by going to settings, general, reset. Finally, erase all content and 
settings by going to the above place. Warning! These last two should be 
done as a last resort, as the former will clear your own settings while 
the latter also erases all data on the device, including music, apps and 
its associated data, etc.
