It's official. Steve Jobs, 56, died today. I never knew the man, but I had a lot of respect for him. I bought an iBook G4 back when Tiger first came out. I used it to get through my last year of college, and it kept on trucking till after the polls closed when President Obama was elected.
I've worked on a Mac Mini, an iMac, and now a MacBook Pro. I also have an iPad. It's thanks to his vision and willingness to include us that we have all this technology from Apple today. He'll be missed.
