That's the podcast I learned from. It took me after I listened to the podcast 
about 5 minutes to grasp it and then after that just practice and that's it.

I'm not a pro at it yet but I can now while I'm talking to people  be playing 
with my home screen arrangement. lol!

That is right it is not hard. Here is a well done podcast on moving apps and
creating folders on your home pages! It is an older podcast but the basic is
the same and it is very well did and recommend you listen to it! See link

I think you just hit the home key and it shoudl organise itself. Iv'e never had 
2 even pages empty as I go from page 7 to 6 to 5 and so forth.
