Hi, do a restore of the device and make sure you put it back as a new device
not from a backup. HTH

Subject: getting an ipod touch ready to give to someone

Hi,
How do I deregister my iPod touch so I can give it to my friend, who doesn't
use voiceover? Will a plain restore work, or do I have to do something else?
Thanks,
Courtney

I think it is there in an iPod too, it is there in my iPhone, and I just
don't remember if my iPod had it or not.

Normal restore will work, just be sure to shut voiceover down and you'll be
fine
