Just glad to know that I'm not the only one with this problem.

Although it is a pain, it's good to know that it is not something I did or 
messed up. :)

I have the problem but it does go away after a while. I always by  habit cmd 
tabed tothe finder since snl don't ask me why so tha'ts fine lol! but I do wish 
it would go way and the more of us that bug the problem the more I think apple 
will be able to fix it.
