Maybe their other product Deeper may be of some help. It is a tweaking tool.

Hello,

Surely you can move them yourself into the order you require? From memory it is 
option + left or right arrow. You are limited in moving the folder section but 
the app icons can be reordered.

Lol. Not with 30 or so icons on the doc and for me vo seems to lag a lot when I 
do this. and yes you can alphabetize the stuff to the right of the separator. 
I've done that already.

I've just rearranged my Dock with cmd option left/right arrow, and it took no 
time, and this is with quite  a few items in there. It wouldn't let me move the 
finder or trash folder though -

Yeah liek I said I have over 40 items in the doc that I use and on my 3 year 
old system vo and the whole thign just  lags and reads the wrong icons and 
stuff when I sometimes move stuff hence the solution for automitically doing 
this.

Have you tried bringing up the context menu and looking for and
arrange by option? I'm not at a point where I can actually test that
here, but recall seeing it.

There is no arrange by option. I looked. Here is a link to what happened. I

 Yeah liek I said I have over 40 items in the doc that I use and on my 3 year 
 old system vo and the whole thign just  lags and reads the wrong icons and 
 stuff when I sometimes move stuff hence the solution for automitically doing 
 this.

 it is option + left or right arrow. You are limited in moving the folder

I know how to do the cmd option left and right arrow to move items on the doc 
but I don't' want to do this for 20 or more items to the left of the splitter.
