iworks again

2014-10-16 Thread Ian Harrison
Thanks to Ann for her reply.

My new mba came with iworks installed by the retailer. When I go on the App
Store from my mac mini, Iworks is not listed as a purchase. I guess this is
because it was not done through my apple i d.

Is there a way to link the purchase of the mac book air to show that I now own
a copy of iWork's and ilife?

Thanks again
Ian

Re: iworks again

2014-10-16 Thread Anne Robertson
Hello Ian,

When you set up your new MBA, did you enter your Apple ID? if so, as soon as
there is an update to these applications, they should be detected on your MBA
and then associated with your Apple ID. At least, I think that’s how it works!

Cheers,

Anne
