What Mac application is expecting a middle-click?

Terminal.app is the only one I've seen support a middle-click.

I don't think there is any way to simulate a middle-click without having a 
device that has a middle button.

What Mac application is expecting a middle-click?


Firefox NoScript, but probably not important, which is why I never 
bothered to think about it before.

In browsers, usually command-click is treated as a middle click, so you might 
try that.
