Sure. Any OS X GUI app that shows sizes will do it. Omni Disk Sweeper, for one.

But the simplest way is simply to use Spotlight/Find in the Finder.

In the finder, hit command-F and type size greater than 1GB and hit return.

That was too simple.

Oh, and I have a LOT of large, old, recordings that I probably don't need for 
anything.
