Yes, I saw that on the buildbot. avahi has no MacPorts maintainer. Please 
report the bug to the developers of avahi so they can fix it.

Looks like it's trying to use O_CLOEXEC, which does not appear to exist on Snow 
Leopard.  (the alternative being to open the file, and then use fctl(fd, 
F_SETFD,  FD_CLOEXEC) )
