Question about a Gaming Mac app

2017-03-25 Thread Sharon Hooley
Hi,

I came across this Mac gaming app that is supposed to help organize and play
video games we already own. You can read about it from this link, and I would
like to know where I can get such games to work with it?

For 5 bucks a month, or 48 bucks a year you can get 500GB of space. For 9.99 a
month or 100 bucks a year you get 1TB of storage. And the nice thing is it
doesn’t take up space on your computers hard drive. Sign up with this link and

Re: printer with voiceover

2017-03-25 Thread Terje Strømberg
Brother Laser printer with airprint compatibility with ios gets 4 stars on
amazon. More than 2000-3000 thousand reviewers. Will buy one later myself.
Don’t have link, but the cheaper and perhaps the smallest one will work fine
perhaps. There are a few models. Start with the cheapest and compare features.
I think it was a model that was 2 cm or so smaller than the standard size with
airprint and usb.

Take care

Only 7200, the drives we had were 10 and 15K RPM.

I’m so glad to not have to use mechanical disks any more. SSD or bust for this

Re: Let's Use Social Media to Advocate for The Visually Impaired

2017-03-25 Thread Scott Granados
The way we do things in the US is definitely not perfect, far from it, but our
special brand of freedom and nuttiness that we have here is good for me. I’d
rather try to find work here than just about anywhere else in the world. I was
offered a position in Amsterdam recently (let the jokes begin) but I didn’t
take it because I couldn’t even fathom dealing with another countries way of
dealing with the blind and the way the folks there operate. I’ll travel any
day of the week but making a move outside the US, not so sure about that.

New York, are you sure that wasn’t someone taking a leak off their balcony?

;)

I lived in Florida for a while and you’d have beautiful sunny sky and then 2
minutes later the heaviest rain and most extreme lightning I’ve ever seen.
When I say extreme rain I mean 17 inches of falling water in under 2.5 hours.
The streets turned in to rivers with heavy currents and you had to be careful
when crossing the street not to get washed down stream. On the flip side,
everyone in Florida is at most half dressed anyway so the wet clothing t hing,
not to bad of a problem.

Re: do i need java.

2017-03-25 Thread Harry Bell
On my iPhone 7 plus running iOS 10.2.1 I used to have horrible problems with
the way Safari would display google search results: the initial search results
page looked normal but going into any result. The web page displayed as huge
and only partially display able. I found the problem was immediately solved by
turning off JavaScript in Safari Settings. Harry
