Re: Can you attach names to faces in photos using Seeing AI?

2020-02-17 Thread PRAMIT BHARGAVA
Hi Donna,

You'll have to initially identify the person before the Seeing AI app will
recognize the person independently. To add a person, select the Menu button
in the top left corner then select Face Recognition. This screen will
display the people that you have already identified. To identify a new
person, select the Add button. Initially the reverse camera will turn on
and the app will ask you to take three pictures of the person you would
like to identify. Either have the person hold the iPhone (as the reverse
camera is activated) or use the Switch to Back Camera button to take a
picture of a person in front of you.

After doing the above when you'll use the Person feature, the app will
announce the name of the person along with the gender, age, hair color or
characteristic of the person and emotion of the person. Also while takinga
picture, the app provides directional guidance you so that you can center
the people in the picture.

Hope this helps

Pramit

Re: Apple podcast episode length

2020-02-17 Thread Brad Snyder
I don’t like the Apple stock Podcast app that comes with iOS. I think it is
too cluttered and hard to find basic information like the length of a podcast.
I use Overcast. I think it is much more straight forward and much less
cluttered with nonsense. It is free and available from the iOS AppStore.

2020-02-17 Thread Petrus Tuerlings
I just did a search for random podcasts that I’m not subscribed too and you can
open the podcast you’re interested in and find the more button, this should
bring up a list of podcasts and you can use that same gesture flicking up or
down to see if there is a details option.

I thought I read that you could do that, but using the app to recognize a

TIA,
