Re: Touch ID Issue

2020-04-05 Thread Dave Carlson
I have to make new fingerprints about once a month. Dry, wet, lightly sanded,
full of glue, are all reasons for failure. And not to mention when I get a cut
or nick in the shop.

Re: Touch ID Issue

2020-04-05 Thread Petrus Tuerlings
Yes, I’ve had it before but not too bad lately. It happens to me if I’ve just
washed my hands and they are not 100% dry, Even if they are slightly damp. And
as we are all getting told to wash our hands more often it’s making unlocking
of the iPhone interesting. Also if you have a cover on your phone you might
want to take it off and clean it. As this was causing me issues as well, but
then I do need to replace my cover as it is getting a bit old.

Re: Touch ID Issue

2020-04-05 Thread Brad Snyder
When I had an iPhone with a TouchID sensor, I found it advantageous to add the
same finger more than once to the list of fingers in the phone’s database.
This really cut down on the number of false readings and made the whole TouchID
thing work much better.

Re: Ggames on the mac

2020-04-05 Thread Jessica Moss
That is an awesome site, how do you find shortcut keys for game play though? I
figured out some of them by chance, but would love to know how you figure out
things like your distance in 1000 miles, or what special cards you’ve played.

What kind of games do you like to play? There are a few options, not as
many on Windows, but there are some. Do you like text or audio games? Do
you like single or multiple players? Online or offline? Fantasy or Sci-Fi?

Re: Ggames on the mac

2020-04-05 Thread 'Shawn Krasniuk' via MacVisionaries
Another good client I would recommend is RS Games. They just released a new
version of the client that works with Catalina. It's a beta supposedly but it
still works. To download it, go to rsgames.org and go to
the downloads section. You'll want to select the 64 bit option in order for it
to work with Catalina. HTH.
