Recommendations for a mini bluetooth keyboard to use with iPad and iPhone please
Hi all I’m after a mini bluetooth keyboard to use with my iPad and iPhone. I don’t want a full-sized keyboard, as I’m a good touch typist and am used to small keys, +, I want a keyboard that can be easily transported taking up the least space possible. But that said, it does still have to be good quality/good to use and easy to set up. So if anyone has any reccomendations at all all ideas would be most gratefully received. Thanks in advance for any help. Eleanor -- The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries list. Why does Siri not speak when i plug in headphones?
Hello Mark, Many thanks for your suggestion of tapping the volume up button immediately after asking Siri a question when listening on my iPhone over wired headphones. Question about batterys
I am trying to help two people, one has a 2020 intel Mac-book Air and another person with a 2020 M1 Mac-book Pro. They are both trying to adjust the display settings on they're Macs to turn off after three hours. I had them both go into the battery in system preferences and go to power adapter. From they're, they could find the slider and adjust the value. when going back in to double check however, it defaults back to the previous setting. I have a Macbook pro 2019 and do not have this issue. What is also interesting is on mine, I have the button to make and prevent changes and they do not but maybe that’s because I use file vault. Another issue, the user’s VO on the macbook pro will not turn on at startup. The box is checked in users and groups for it to turn on at login. Any ideas? Re: Creating a contact from a phone number in the Messages app
After double tapping on the sender’s phone number at the top of the open conversation, you then swipe right until you locate Info, and double tap again. Now, swipe right until you locate Create New Contact, and that should do it. Re: Why does Siri not speak when i plug in headphones?
Hi, It is normal behaviour. There are multiple independent sound streams available through your iPhone. That is, to name a few, there is the volume of VoiceOver, there is the ringer and alert volume, there’s the volume of the phone receiver, and the volume of Siri. If you turn up or down any of those volumes, they do not affect the other volumes. Therefore, if Siri is speaking too quietly, turn up the volume when Siri is active. Similarly, when a phone call is active, and you’re having a hard time hearing the person at the other end, turn up the volume and it will remain at the volume you set it at during that call, and not affect the other volumes.
