Hello,

You will need to enter your password to get it to stop. It will pop up whenever 
you open the mail app. If you forgot your password, you will need to go to the 
web site for your email provider and go through the “forgot my password” 
process to select a new one.

If you still have the account, and you don't remember the password, then you 
will need to reset the password, and then re-enter it in system preferences.

I haven’t noticed any issues with Mail since updating to the new macOS.
I know you know this, but I would suggest shutting down your Mac, and 
restarting.

If you no longer have the Password, then I would delete the account under 
Internet accounts. If you still need the messages, then the only other thing I 
can think of is go to the context menu of the email inbox for that account with 
VO Shift M and take the account offline. That should keep it from sinking and 
stop the password issue.

Anyone had mail problems with the latest Mac OS?

Since updating my system last week, I’ve noticed that my VO seems to become a 
little sluggish when opening the default mail app. I’m running an Intel 2019 
Mac. I did not notice anything before the update. I did try some things like 
clearing out trash and resetting VO> I have also restarted my system. Has 
anyone else experienced this or is it just my computer not liking me.
