Saving Audio

Encrypted backup password.
Hi! I have an encrypted backup for my Iphone that I want to remove and then start over. However this backup of course has a password. Its not saved in my keychain and I have forgotten it. Working with textboxes in Microsoft Word on mac
Hi, Is it possible to work successfully with textboxes in Ms Word on the mac? I mean move from one box to another, read its content and / or write in them? I have to fill in a questionnaire which is full of textboxes and I have no idea how to complete the task. Many thanks for any tips.
