On My Mac is a group or category heading, that contains local mailboxes. It is not a folder. they put Amazon music in your face to the point that you can hardly do anything else. there have been times when I’ve asked a sighted friend to send me the link to an album I wanted to buy on Amazon because it was so hard for me to get to.
