Re: Meta Glasses on iPhone
Whenever you encounter a bug with the Meta glasses or Meta View app, as a previous update indicated, shake your phone to bring up the help menu. Follow the prompts to indicate the problem and add a Screen Shot if possible. I did this to point out that the Communications section had unlabeled buttons and I could not sink with What’s App and Messenger. The problem was fixed in the very next update. I assume others had also pointed out the bug but I am mentioning this to say that developers do listen. Make sure your voice is heard. Re: Options available for blind with motor disabilities person?
I just googled the request and came up with 6 options. However, the Blind Shell Classic was not included. It is a Smart Phone that runs on the Android OS. I also believe it only runs on T Mobile. Check your local state agency and physically check out the options. Good luck. Re: Headphones on iPhone 15 Pro
If your speaker is bluetooth, make sure it is listed as a speaker in systems, bluetooth, name of speaker, flick up for information, choose speaker. Also, make sure headphones are selected in system sound, output. However, the former suggestions are probably correct. Your headphone jack isn’t fully inserted, is dirty or wires are broken. If possible, try another aux cable between the computer and headset. Good luck.. Re: My first ever Zoom call on a mac and I'm really worried
Do not worry. Zoom on the Mac is quite simple. However, when you click the link to get you into the meeting, it will probably launch Safari and let you in that way. You can also download the /Zoom USA app from the ‘’zoom site. Try it out a few times before the meeting to familiarize yourself with all of of the options and keyboard equivalents. I also remind everyone to go to the Menu bar and experiment. And, as always, if you get stuck, Google it. Yes, I know, Siri also works if you get stuck,. Combining headphone output from two devices.
I would like to connect with Zoom calls on my I Phone 15 Pro while listening to agenda items or notes with TextEdit on my MacPro. I would like to combine the outputs of both machines via one pair of headphones. I cannot listen to TextEdit with my Mac speakers without having it being picked up by my phone’s microphone. I could mute the mic on my phone, listen to my notes and then unmute, but that may be a bit cumbersome while chairing some meetings. Any suggestions? Thanks. Re: I Found text-Dictation command
Yes, you can turn it on the keyboard preferences. However, there are seven different options for how to turn it off using your keyboard. I chose press the command key twice. Actually, I chose push the right command key twice I first started with option right arrow but that's how you go from word to word in a text document so that is already used. It seems to work very well. Good luck. By the way, I dictated this now I'm gonna press the command key twice to stop dictation. Re: A question about Microsoft Word for the Mac, is it even remotely usable with voiceover?
Recently, a friend had the same problem. He call Microsoft and Apple support and they could not figure it out. Then, suddenly, it worked. Who knows? Re: speaker phone
Also, get your hand away from the top of the phone. You may be triggering the proximity sensor. This is what lowers the volume when you bring the phone close to your ear. The phone doesn’t know the difference between an ear and a hand. Amadeus Pro help
Hello all, I’m trying to learn Logic Pro but it is going very slowly. In the meantime, I’m trying to learn Amadeus Pro. Re: Issues with typing
I’m not a Pages expert, but whenever the Mac jumps around and goes where you don’t want it to go, make sure you interact with the field, group or wherever you are with Shift, Control Option down arrow.
