RE: Accessibility of one drive and google applications for a project.

2017-10-23 Thread Simon Fogarty
No, one drive does not give you 1TB of data,

One drive for business does which is a tender from within the Office 365 suite,
This costs you money and is something you get if you purchase office 365
(2016) online,

Within windows you can connect with either windows built in one drive app or
download the onedrive app,
On your IOS device you can download and install the one drive app which does
both business and free,

There is now a one drive app but well it's never really been reliable on the
mac, this might have changed
I know through office 365 it works
One drive the free subscription only gives you 5 gig as MS dropped it a year or
two back from 15GB to 5

When I used One Drive, I remember there being a One Drive app for Mac. If you
subscribe to Office 365 you get a terabyte of disk space. I think the reason I
stopped using One Drive is because I had a problem with not all files being
synced between computers. Google Drive seems more reliable.

Re: Accessibility of one drive and google applications for a project.

2017-10-22 Thread Jonathan Cohn
I have skimmed google sheets on a Macintosh, but don't remember the details. I
believe Chrome with VoiceOver should work, though there is a setting in Google
Drive that needs to be set to indicate that you are using a screen reader.

You also need to make sure that arrow keys are being interpreted by the browser
app and not by VoiceOver. There is a checkbox in VoiceOver Utility web section
Make sure that Enable Live Regions is checked and that Always allow keyboard
commands to navigate websites is unchecked.

.
Best wishes,

Jonathan Cohn
