I've never received a response from Apple to anything at all whether it's a bug report or an email or a crash report that an app sends automatically. I think they all just go to a black hole. Not, at least not in Mountain Lion. I haven’t tried AHT with 10.9 yet, but I doubt anything changed since it is such a low-level application.
