Re: Apple podcast episode length

2020-02-19 Thread Jonathan Cohn
Jonathan Mozen just reviewed a new podcast listening app that works almost like
a mail app. I believe his review was about 40 minutes in length.

Best wishes,

Jonathan Cohn

Re: Apple podcast episode length

2020-02-17 Thread Brad Snyder
I don’t like the Apple stock Podcast app that comes with iOS. I think it is
too cluttered and hard to find basic information like the length of a podcast.
I use Overcast. I think it is much more straight forward and much less
cluttered with nonsense. It is free and available from the iOS AppStore.

Re: Apple podcast episode length

2020-02-17 Thread Petrus Tuerlings
I just did a search for random podcasts that I’m not subscribed too and you can
open the podcast you’re interested in and find the more button, this should
bring up a list of podcasts and you can use that same gesture flicking up or
down to see if there is a details option.

Hi,
If you are on the library tab in the podcast app and you find a podcast you
want, you can flick up or down with one finger on the episode button of the
podcast you want until you hear VoiceOver say details, and double tap and it
should tell you the length among other things. If you are on the listen now
tab it should tell you the remaining time on each podcast if you have started
listening already. .

Apple podcast episode length

2020-02-17 Thread Phil Halton
I just use the Apple iPod app on iOS for the first time and for the life of me
I could not find any indication of the episode lengths. What am I missing? This
is got to be a setting issue or something because there must be an indication
somewhere of the length of a podcast.
