Simply move to the session and press cmd-delete. You'll be prompted to confirm; 
press enter to delete, as that is the default button. Of course, you can also 
cancel if you want to.

Has anyone found a way to delete sessions in audio hijack?  I have several 
which I no longer need but can’t figure out how to remove them  with VO.
