Yes, but Marsedit can't do static pages, which for me is a showstopper, plus there's another interesting quirk in that program. You can add categories, right, but if you don't want some of the categories that you add in the post where you add the categories, the unchecked categories vanish from the list. Blind Ecto users, adding categories and tags to a post, how?
Hi there. I have put up a wordpress blog and am using, or planning to use both Marsedit and Ecto for posting to it. When i try to add new categories in Ecto i get sorta confused, because there seems to be one edit box and two check boxes, one labeled categories and one labeled tags. Ok, i think to myself and check the one called categories and try adding a new category, but no matter what i do, i wind up adding new tags, not categories.
