I have it on good authority these are specialists trained especially to
help persons with disabilities use Windows and Office. They're based in

Yes, the techs at this number are excellent.  

I have called them several times during the past two years and they have

I on the other hand, had a rancid experience with this department.  They 
refused to help me with office because I was using a mobile version.  
Still, nothing ventured, nothing gained, right?

Reposting to get my response into the correct thread ...

i should probably add that I've never called them myself. Myh
knowledge of them is based on reports from Microsoft staff
participating
in the W3C Working Group I chair--that's the good authority to which I
refer.

I do not expect to call them. That's because I purchased an OEM
license
of Windows 10. While, like so many, I didn't stop to read all the
terms,
it's my understanding that OEM licenses do not include technical
support. Ergo, I don't expect to be calling them over any issue I may
encounter. That was my decision to save $48 on the license.
