Re: DBT help

2019-02-05 Thread 'Tim Kilburn' via MacVisionaries
Hi,

It sounds like an incompatibility between Mojave and DBT. Instead of tabbing
around, try using VO navigation within the Open dialog. Logically, it
shouldn't make any difference, but when incompatibilities are involved, it's
worth trying anything. I don't use DBT, but it's the best suggestion I can
come up with at this point.

BTW, I noticed in your signature that you are in Durham. that is cool. My
daughter is taking her Masters at Durham right now. Small world :).

Hit coCMD O to open the file
Select the file and hit enter
Then the dialogue box comes up with the the big translation table English UEB

When I try to tab or move round the dialogue box to the ok button DBT just
closes down

Has anyone experienced this or can you offer any solutions - have contacted
Duxbury who queried if it was a problem with my file I was trying to open but I
have opened the same file on an older Mac with DBT and embossed it - and it

I have a MacBook Pro with Touch Bar and am running Mohave
