sometimes option-enter does not tell you that the download has started so you 
might want to check the safari tool bar to see if there is a download button 
there.

Once the file is playing, press command+l to focus on the address bar. The web 
address and the name of the file should be selected. Once it is selected, press 
the option+return to start the download. You can press command+option+l to open 
the downloads folder and check the progress of the download.

Hi,

You should be able to arrow or tab to a pause button. You can then bring up the 
context menu by pressing shif+VO+m. You can then arrow down and there should be 
an option that says something like download video. Click on that and your 
dropbox file should download.
