windows and Mac.

Re: Dropbox with Bootcamp,is it possible to use only 1 dropbox?

2019-02-10 Thread 'E.T.' via MacVisionaries
Matt let me clear up your confusion, just so you know. Windows is
not running inside macOS. It is running as a virtual machine by way of
an app such as VMware Fusion or VirtualBox. So the Mac does not care
what format Windows uses and Windows does not care what format the Mac
is using. HTH.

Re: Dropbox with Bootcamp,is it possible to use only 1 dropbox?

2019-02-10 Thread Maurice Mines
Good morning, here’s what you need to do. One keep your name dropbox
folder on your Mac. To download the Windows dropbox client, then add
your original dropbox username and password into the Windows client.
This will give you access to the same dropbox information. Since all
dropbox data is actually held on the company’s servers. So you will
have access to the same information whether you run the Mac or in
Windows. You can also download the dropbox application for your phone. I
know that they have an app for iOS but I’m not sure about android.

I hope this helps.

Sincerely Maurice Mines.
