Hi all! I had this authorization story some time ago on a Linux box with VirtualBox and VMWare Player (both Windows XP). Every time I (or my admins) had updated the virtualisation software or changed the virtual hardware settings I lost a authorization key of JAWS. Now I'm using a dongle and the problems are gone... I mostly use system access, I do have window eyes as well, but don't use it much, system access does everything I need and does not even use a video intercept driver.
