the accent is on the left side of the letter z you have to press the shift too

I meant. Where is the accent key, on what key of the italian layout?
In other word, pressing that key, I'm going to have the "è", for 
example, but changing layout to the U.S. then, on the "è" key, I'll type 
the accent I need.

i told you we have to change our keyboard layout to english because in italian 
we don't have it. i set my keyboard layout to english and italian so if i want 
to change it to english then i have to press command space to change to english 
back and forth

italian we have to change our keyboard to english because in our keyboard we
