Presenting with Keynote

2018-11-29 Thread Ramy Moustafa
Hi all:
After 3 days, i will have a big Presentation where i shall use my Macbook pro
to play my Presentation that i made Prevously on my Power point on windows.
I have a great document with hte title of Presenting with Keynote.
I did all the System preferences issues.
but inside the document, it says that i can use the Keynote without any
modifications unless i will use my Iphone as a remote control.
after that, it asked for many many Modifications.
so,what should i follow?
THanks in advance.

Re: Presenting with Keynote

2017-05-03 Thread Anne Robertson
Hello Ramy,

I sent you some documents about presenting with Keynote, but the instructions
you quote do not correspond with my documents. Here are the instructions I
provided for presenting without a Braille display.
Running the presentation

Select the first slide in the Slide Navigator by interacting and doing VO-Home.
Start the slideshow with Cmd-Option-p.
Go to last item (VO-End).
Interact.
You should be able to read through the text of the presenter notes for the
first slide.
Stop interacting and do a mouse click.
Go to last item again and continue in this way until the presentation is
finished.
If you have to go to the previous slide for some reason, you’ll need to use the
shortcut Cmd-Ctrl-Left Arrow.

The mouse click is to advance to the next slide, and the final instruction is
how to return to the previous slide should you need to.

Cheers,

Anne

Re: presenting with keynote

2013-11-23 Thread Jessica D
no, there is currently no way to read a slide's contents while presenting. the
work around, which i am considering doing myself, is to start from the
beginning and record a self playing narration as you go through each slide,
then when you present, you'll hear yourself explain each slide.

presenting with keynote

2013-11-22 Thread Venkatesh Potluri
Hello all.
I am just getting started with keynote. I have a few questions about
presenting with keynote.
Is there any way to read the contents of a slide when the slideshow is
playing? Using the aero keys is not yielding any result.
if not, What do you think is the best way to read the slide content in
case I have to recall what’s next on the slide?
Will there be a difference in the level of accessibility if I add
animations or transitioning effects in the presentation?
Any other useful tips with keynote would be appreciated.
Thank you
Regards
Venkatesh Potluri
