Re: New Features in Zoom under Snow Leopard ?

2009-09-11 Thread Mueller, Matt
I've only had snow leopard installed for a couple of days, so I'm still
learning the ins and outs of it. Thus far, however, I haven't noticed any
perceptible difference in features or the way it behaves.

Hi,
Does anyone know if there are any improvments made in Snow Leopard as regard to

also.
Thanks,

Re: New Features in Zoom under Snow Leopard ?

2009-09-11 Thread Christina
I have noticed a problem for me since I upgraded to SL. Maybe someone
here has a fix. I used to be able to use command plus option plus
control plus 8 to switch between white on black and black on white.
Now I cannot get that keyboard shortcut to do a thing. I really can't
see much but it's much easier on the eyes to have it on white on black
for me even though I'm not reading the screen. However, I often need
to switch it back to black on white and I can no longer easily do this
on the fly.

RE: New Features in Zoom under Snow Leopard ?

2009-09-11 Thread Mueller, Matt

It works fine for me when VoiceOver is not running. When it is, you just have
to hit VO-Tab first to let the command pass through.

Awesome! Thanks, that worked. I'm so glad to be able to do that. :)

How long does that vo plus tab stay in effect? Do I have to turn it
off or anything?

Re: New Features in Zoom under Snow Leopard ?

2009-09-11 Thread Mueller, Matt

It stays in effect only for the next keystroke (or keystroke
combination if that is the case). VoiceOver ignores it and lets it go
to the active app or the operating system. After that, it interprets
them as usual. You don't have to turn it back off.
