I’ve been using mail.o365 in Mac, Chrome, and VoiceOver–the keyboard

I wouldn’t say that,

I don’t use Office 365 online but I do use office 365 desktop installed 
applications,
Mainly outlook, I use it  more on the windows side than in the mac,

As for office 365 web I only use if anything the webmail interface when I have 
to.

Kevin, 

I avoid using web based tools for editing especially with Safari. I have enough 
issues with the Jira client and having to jump to the bottom of the DOM to 
complete popups. I don't want to try other web based tools where I can use a 
client designed around native interfaces. I generally find web solutions are 
hacks on hacks on hacks, and any one of those levels of hacks could cause 
inaccessibility for a blind user.

I would suggest using the preview / beta versions of Office on the Macintosh if 
possible. I found the standard Outlook to be significantly more frustrating to 
use with VoiceOver. The newer versions don't rea the blank fields in the table 
of messages, and very specifically indicate how many unread messages are in 
each thread.

I use the outlook client or Apple mail myself.  Outlook is quite good although 
I’m a bit more used to apple mail, outlook is very accessible on the Mac.
