You have to reverse your keys.  So windows is alt, and alt is windows.
Meaning your command key is your windows, and your option key is alt, so if
you use option AKA alt tap, then you will switch menu's in windows.

Hi Bill. In my fusion, the option key acts like the alt key so if you want to 
do an alt+Tab, use option+Tab. HTH.
