You eject a disk or drive by using command+E After that, if Voice Over doesn't tell you it's gone; and, usually, it should, you can tell by tabbing or else using VO+right or left. Highlight the drive you wish to remove, VO will speak it. Then press Command-E and VO will indicate a message about a selection being replaced. At this point, you can safely eject the drive you wish to remove.
