Hey Esther, this is interesting, so may grab a copy to try again. I wonder though if this is partially in response to the government system that would require all cell providers to send warnings etc. to customers via text message. This was in the news the other day and it apparently is starting in New York in 2012 or will be rolled out to the entire country by 2012; I forget the exact timeframe.
