Hi, Have they ever joined it? Our network at work is hidden and my iPad joins it without issue. I just had to make sure to enter everything properly at the start. I haven’t tried it with my iPhone though but I can’t see why it would be any different. What kind of router are you using for your hidden network? Yes, they will connect to the network when I unhide it. The router is a Billion can’t remember the model. I bought my wife an iPad for Christmas.
