Keyboard accelerator, or keyboard command. To me it's always been the same thing. Some people call it keyboard accelerator, and some people call It a keyboard command. Just start typing the name of the desired menu option, and focus will be moved to it. Press Return/Enter to select the option, and do the same for any submenu.
