That would be interesting, considering the thread we were having on the NZ 
iPhone list the other day regarding Siri and swearing. For those of you not in 
New Zealand, a lot of Maori words start with the F**k sound although the F is 
spelt wh like the ph sounds like a f as well. One of our members  on that list 
asked Siri about info  on a New Zealand place name that started with the F word 
sound and Siri got quite offended and said it can’t use language like that!

If you like the Maori accent you should look up an old New Zealand comedian on 
Youtube called Billy T James, one of NZ’s best comedians in my opinion.  May he 
rest in peace.

Yeah it will be interesting,

But it’s not really the speech rather than the spoken word or I guess 
understanding it.

Oh well may be they will get a chance to work on English at some point also.

Rather than that American stuff siri currently speaks.

This sounds like the beginning of a project. Apple has to be working with this 
company, or they couldn’t “teach” Siri anything. Otherwise, I could just buy
