Its pretty simple.
Find the file in the local browser on the left.
Point to a location in the remote browser on the right.
The precise method for this depends on which view mode you use.
Then choose transfer, upload from the menu bar.
Alternatively, you are supposed to be able to press command up arrow, but I
have never gotten this to work myself.
