Re: Using a VM for windows.

2021-04-09 Thread Jonathan Cohn
I did not see the I have an account link at first, but as soon as I went to:
https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/evalcenter?p=fusion-player-personal
<https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/evalcenter?p=fusion-player-personal>
I was able to find a username and password field to fill in. When I went back
to verify after starting this message, I found the I have an account, and when
I clicked on that 1 password was activated prompting me to unlock my master
vault.

Perhaps the experience is different in Europe, but I doubt that since I get
lots of messages about cookie policy.
I also reached out to VMWare's accessibility office, and she thought the
registration was currently accessible. I expect you could find this. There is
certainly a accessibility link at the bottom of their web site.

had a username and password field in it.

Best wishes,

Jonathan Cohn

Hi folks.

Fusion?
Also I was curious about something call CrossOver. It says it will let you run
windows apps without using a vm? but I wasn’t sure if that would actually work
with VO.

Re: Using a VM for windows.

2021-04-09 Thread Pete De Vasto
I agree that the spoken number combination is one of the best I have heard as
well. That’s not the problem. The problem is how do I get the page to accept
what I type? I could not find any button or link, and pressing RETURN didn’t
work either.

RE: Using a VM for windows.

2021-04-07 Thread matthew dyer
Hi,

Vertual box is free, but not sure how well it works with windows. I use fusion
and it is the most accessible. Not sure how much it costs as I bought it a
while ago.

Hi folks.
Was wondering if anyone new of a free option for a VM, or should i just use
Fusion?
Also I was curious about something call CrossOver. It says it will let you run
windows apps without using a vm? but I wasn’t sure if that would actually work
with VO.
