More than likely, if Apple does discontinue the Macbook Air, whatever replaces it will probably have the new style keyboard and I really did not want that. Also I saw no reason to get a Macbook Pro since I can't see well enough to benefit from the better display, and the Macbook that only has one USB C port that is also used for charging is a joke, any laptop should always have at least 2 USB ports.
